The sentencing of rapper Lil Wayne was delayed because of a courthouse fire. His 1 year sentance to Rikers will have to wait a few more days.
According to TMZ.com, the fire erupted in the basement at 10.29am local time, causing the courtrooms to fill with smoke and leading officials to evacuate the whole place. The fire was under control by 11.55am.
